Oh, hey there, little unused blog. You wanna be a book/wine/life blog?

So, I'm not using this blog for anything and it's a pretty cool blog. And I have this amazing mentor who is writing AMAZING book reviews. (In fact, you should basically go check A Belles Tales site out right now!!)

I know I already have Run, Little Nyssa to look after, but I really want a slightly different blog to do book and wine and life reviews on.

So here's what's going on right now:

Book:City of Glass, by Cassandra Clare. (Mortal Instruments, Book Three).Shadowhunters, Downworlders, Demons. Is he an angel? or ademon? Is he her brother for reals? I FINALLY FOUND OUT! but that wasn't my favorite scene. My favorite part was Alec and Mangus in the Accords Hall with the Alliance Rune. Or page 423 to be exact.

Wine: 2009 Firefly Ridge Cabernet Sauvignon and Sutter Home White Zinfandel (closest thing to a Rose we could find for Dianna).

The CabSav was selected after enjoying Firefly Ridge Red Table Wine from Safeway last month, and turned out to be a bit fruitier but not overpoweringly so.

Sutter Home White Zinfandel was super fruity but nice after the CabSav. Last night, we had pot roast, monkey bread, and lots of wine while Dianna explained why it's so difficult to create new amendments because they have to be about something already in the constitution. And that States make crazy freaking laws. (I can be topless in New York as long as I'm not using it for a business. I can't however lie down in the middle of the street in Reno. Or buy a hat without my husbands approval in Elko, NV. It's illegal.

However I'm breaking a few more obvious ones for Reno that aren't appropriate for a blog haha).

Life: Finally submitting my Masters thesis for publication today. TODAY! There shall be Mongolian BBQ and beer for celebrating tonight!! Also, there's snow on the way for the weekend. And a possible Peppermill Spa visit on Thursday evening. School starts Monday, so let's savor these last few moments that aren't completely crazy-busy!
